Returns and Exchanges

At Wojan Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
